8500 Sehat Sahulat Program is an excellent program created by the Government of Pakistan which provides all the health facilities for the poor people who are poor and cannot get the proper treatment they can get free of cost through the Sehat Card. You can get your treatment if you have a dangerous disease that can only be treated by you and you don’t have enough money, then you can get full treatment through this card.

After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the expenses will be charged from the Sahat Insaf card.

• All Permanent Residents of Punjab
  as per NADRA CNIC in a Phased manner
• All Permanent Residents of Khyber
  Pakhtunkhwa as per NADRA CNIC
• All Permanent Residents of Azad
  Jammu & Kashmir as per NADRA CNIC
• All Permanent Residents of Gilgit
  Baltistan as per NADRA CNIC in
  phased manner
• All Permanent Residents of the District
  Tharparker – Sindh as per NADRA
  CNIC
• On Prime Minister’s special
  directives all transgender community

How To Apply for the 8500 Sehat Sahulat Program

Follow these Steps to apply for a Sehat card:

• First of all, you need your CNIC.
• Then send an SMS by your own sim that is registered on your own CNIC.
• Then send your CNIC on 8500 as an SMS.
• Then will reply to you as per your Eligibility.

How to use sehat insaf card / qaumi sehat card

Step 1:

Check your eligibility 8500 Sehat Sahulat Program

Send your CNIC to 8500 to check eligibility.

Step 2:

Get your Sehat Insaf card / Qaumi Sehat Card

If you are eligible, you can collect your health card from the card distribution center in your district.

Step 3:

Gather Information and Documents required

Organize a program of health-listed hospitals.
Carry the following documents with you when you enter the office.
Adil Insaf Card / National Health Card
Original CNIC
B-form in case of treatment of children

Step 4:

Use your Sehat Insaf card / Qaumi Sehat Card to get treatment

Among the listed patients, after the patient you can visit the dedicated SP helper counter to process the SP will verify your Health Insaf card and the patient must send it to you.

Step 5:

Get the treatment free of cost

After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the treatment expenses will be charged from the Health Insaf Card.

Note: It is only available when a patient needs to be admitted.

Steps are mandatory to fully benefit from Pakistan National Health Card
A married man with his wife and his unmarried children in one family is not registered by Nadra
Present your identity card with a valid one to NADRA as soon as possible
You have to submit your ID card for children under 18 years of age and for children under 18 years of age.
All your details of marriage, birth, death, permanent current address, etc. are created in the Nadra record in a correct manner and you and all your family members can be equipped with the facility of a Pakistan National Identity Card.

The new Pakistan National Health Card will be issued only to the head of the family, which will benefit all of them as per NADRA records.
